Bitterly disappointed with this company. They accepted the order for my dress then several months later I find out they cannot fulfill the request for my dress in a longer length. They didn\'t even both to call my bridal shop to inform that they couldn\'t meet the order. This has totally spoilt my wedding. It was the dress of my dreams and just because I am tall they won\'t fulfill the order they accepted. I have already purchased all my matching requirements for the dress I chose and now I am going to have to start again. This is my total nightmare and such an upsetting disappointment. Don\'t you think it would have been both courteous and polite to inform the buyer earlier in the day that an order cannot be fulfilled? It does not seem so, perhaps easier just to upset people making wedding plans much harder than they should be. If you\'re tall don\'t even go near this company as clearly tall woman are discriminated by them!...
