Wedding Company: Javellie Brides - Nottingham

When i first started looking at wedding dresses i did not have a clue what i wanted until i went to Javellie Brides. They reccommended alot of other companies that would help me with my day as i was very un-organised. I then discussed dresses and the style that suited me and we came to a resonable price. The staff at Javellie were very polite and i trusted them 100%. I had been to other shops before Javellie and they had been rude and quite agressive with me as i did not know what i wanted. i DO reccommend Javellie Brides as they are lovely people and affordable....

So very dissapointed with finished dresses, not fitting properly, were not ready even the morning before the wedding, designs not as discussed, finished very poorly! I was also quite shocked when some of the staff decided to talk about and call other customers names to me and my bridal party! I wrote to Tracey the proprietor after my wedding but never received a reply, phone call or anything.....I can NOT recommend Javellie brides to anyone! ...

i Was very Happy with the service of javellie brides as they were very helpful and friendly. when i first came to javellie brides i was quite clueless of what type of dress i was looking for. the staff then informed me that i could look at dresses in magazines,on the internet etc and come up with a design that could be made to what suite me. Overall the outcome of my dress was exactly how i imagined it and my wedding day went perfect. i know not everything can be perfect but i know my dress was. ...

Initially excellent service, however after first dress fitting attention to detail was lost. Wedding dress was beautiful to look at but on close inspection small details were missed. Mother of the brides outfit was not what was requested or promised, finished dress did not fit correctly, was poorly finished including water stain to fabric, and alterations not fully completed, a disaster and many tears on the eve of the wedding! ...
