my mother is disabled and has to use a wheelchair. We were very upset when we went to visit this shop. no way for my Mum to get up the stairs, asked what arrangements they had for disabled access, which we thought was a legal requirement and was told \'none\' only suggestion was could I stand at the top of the stairs, so she could see the dress while she stayed at the bottom!!! unbeleivable, needless to say this company did not get my business!!!...
